It’s creamy, savory, just a touch spicy, and packed with nourishing ingredients like white beans, pumpkin purée, and tahini. This dip is the kind of recipe that feels indulgent but leaves you feeling energized — which, let’s be honest, is a win during the holiday hustle.

🎃 Pumpkin Bean Dip Recipe
Prep Time: 5 minutes Total Time: 20 minutes Servings: 6 Meal Type: Lunch, Snack, or Side
Ingredients:
1/2 lemon, juiced and zested
2 Tbsp tahini
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2 cups white beans, drained and rinsed
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cups pumpkin purée
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh sage, chopped
2 Tbsp pumpkin seeds (for garnish)
Directions:
Prep:
Zest and juice the lemon.
Drain and rinse the white beans.
Make:
In a food processor, combine the lemon juice and zest, tahini, garlic, white beans, olive oil, pumpkin purée, cayenne, salt, and sage.
Pulse until smooth. Add a splash of water to thin, if needed.
Transfer to a serving bowl and let it sit for 15 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
Garnish with pumpkin seeds before serving.
Serve with raw vegetables, seeded crackers, or anything crunchy and dippable.
