My Story

Hi, I’m Juliana, a passionate registered dietitian with over two decades of experience helping people improve their health—one meal at a time.

I truly believe that food is powerful. It has the ability to nourish, heal, and bring us together. Healthy eating isn’t just about restrictions—it’s about finding balance, enjoying food, and making choices that support your well-being. I also know that there is no one-size-fits-all diet. The best way to eat is the one that works for you, your body, and your lifestyle. Food it’s a tool for healing, energy, and longevity.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in hospitals, private practice, and as a consultant, helping a wide range of clients—from bariatric surgery patients to those managing diabetes and gut health issues. Witnessing the growing number of individuals affected by weight management challenges and diabetes, I developed a deep commitment to these areas. Did you know that over 38 million Americans have diabetes, and more than 40% of U.S. adults are living with obesity?

These numbers fuel my dedication to provide effective, personalized nutrition guidance,  and there are why I became a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and obtained  training in Integrative and Functional Nutrition.

But I know that knowing what to eat isn’t always easy—and that’s why I’ve created customized meal plans with recipes and videos to help guide you at home.

Whether you're navigating life after bariatric surgery, managing diabetes, or simply looking to feel your best, I’ll help you make healthy eating simple, enjoyable, and sustainable.

Because at the end of the day, food should be nourishing, but also joyful—something you can cook, share, and truly enjoy with others.

Let’s take it one step at a time, one healthier plate at a time.

The Process

Making long-lasting changes starts with small, sustainable steps rather than drastic overhauls. It begins with awareness—understanding your current habits and identifying areas for improvement. Then, setting realistic, achievable goals allows you to build momentum without feeling overwhelmed. Consistency is key, so focusing on gradual adjustments, like swapping processed foods for whole foods or adding movement to your day, makes a big impact over time. Accountability and support, whether from a professional, a friend, or a community, help reinforce new habits. Most importantly, patience and self-compassion are essential—progress isn’t about perfection but about steady, positive changes that become a natural part of your lifestyle.

That’s why I’m here. As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), my goal is to help you make these changes in a way that is achievable, sustainable, and empowering.

I’ll help you develop healthy habits that nourish your body and enhance your well-being—without sacrificing the joy of food.

You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s take it one step at a time, one healthier plate at a time.
